Justin Jordan & Tradd Moore Signing April 14
Well, we had a great time when Justin Jordan and Tradd Moore came to Big Planet Comics on April 14 to celebrate the release of the first trade paperback of their great new series, The Strange Talent of Luther Strode.
Thanks to everyone who came out. We sold a lot of the book, a good amount of the limited edition print that Tradd drew for the signing, and had some good conversations! A few people were lucky enough to see some of Tradd’s original art, including a throwdown involving both Iron Fist and Rocket Raccoon. Kevin did an interview with them that was on this week’s podcast, so listen for that. Plus then we all got to go out for delicious gyros at Plaka Grill!
We have signed copies of The Strange Talent of Luther Strode at the store, and a few prints left, but they are going fast, so come get one if you missed them this weekend. They have also pledged to return to the area for Baltimore Con this year! Plus a sequel called The Legend of Luther Strode will be coming soon! Justin and Tradd will also have upcoming work in an issue of Skullkickers, as well as some secret projects they couldn’t tell us about yet.
