Every Friday night is Magic The Gathering night at Big Planet Comics! Magic starts at 6pm, although coming in half an hour early is always acceptable. If you it is your first time playing with us and you have a DCI number (used to participate in official Wizards of the Coast events), please be prepared to show it to a staff member when signing up so you can be entered into our system. If you don’t have one, no worries! We can provide you with one, or you can register for a DCI number / Wizards of the Coast account here, and present it. If you have played with us before and are already registered in our system, you do not need to present a DCI number.

Our FNM nights are typically “PG-13” but younger players are welcome. 

On nights where we have 8 or more players, we run a draft event, which costs $15.50 +tax. Draft is a great way to learn the game without already having a deck, if you already understand the basic rules! Most nights last til around 9:30-10:00 pm but can run later, the more players there are. Nights where we aren’t running draft are a bit more freeform in nature.
